If you have a desire to help CAM in their mission of Involving the Christian
in Community Action there are three ways you can help out.
- Become an active representative from your Church. An active member becomes
part of our ministry, researching issues, writing articles, and actively
getting information out to Christians throughout Vermont. You will be the
liaison between your church and the Christian Action Ministry, helping
others in your body understand the issues involved and how to make a
difference. Discuss this possibility with your pastor or priest, attend one
of our regular monthly meetings, and decide, with your pastorís
concurrence, to become involved.
- At no cost to yourself, transfer your long distance telephone service to
Lifeline. Ten percent (10%) of the cost of your long distance calling is
donated to the Christian Action Ministry by AmeriVision Communications. You
can contact them at 1-800-800-7550 and give them CAMís account #22012.
These contributions help defray the cost of our newsletters.
- Become a regular contributor to the Christian Action Ministry. A donation
of $5 or $10 per month, multiplied by several contributors, would allow us
to continue sending our newsletters free of charge. We currently print 2800
newsletters for distribution; your contribution ensures we can continue.
